Who we are

Find Your Dish is a local dish finder for Bangor, County Down. It was built for people here who know exactly what they fancy — a chicken balti, a fish supper, a munchie box — and just want to know who does it, what it really costs, and whether it is any good.

Why it exists

Finding good food locally is harder than it should be. Menus are scattered across paper leaflets, social media posts and ordering apps, prices differ from place to place, and star ratings tell you about a restaurant rather than the dish you are actually hungry for. Find Your Dish puts the dish first.

Search by the dish you want, and you will see the places that serve it, what each one charges, what comes included, what any upgrade costs, and any discount the restaurant is genuinely running at the time.

What we promise

  • Real menus only. Every dish, price and offer comes from a restaurant's own menu or from the business itself. We never invent a dish, a price, a discount or a rating. If we do not know something, we say it is unknown rather than guessing.
  • Honest prices. We show the price you would actually pay, including any upgrade you asked for and any discount that genuinely applies, so places can be compared fairly.
  • Reviews from people who ate the food. Dish reviews come from real diners who confirm they tried that dish. We do not create fake reviewers or write reviews ourselves, and we hold back dish statistics until there is something genuine to show.
  • Fair to local businesses. We are not a delivery company and we take no cut of your food. When you are ready to order, we send you straight to the restaurant's own ordering page or phone number.

Ordering and delivery

Find Your Dish helps you decide. The order itself is always between you and the restaurant — they take your payment, cook the food, and handle delivery or collection. Prices and opening times can change at short notice, so it is always worth confirming with the restaurant before you order.
